Three operations, one desk

Road, storage and sea are usually three suppliers, three systems and three versions of where your freight actually is. We run them from a single dispatch desk on a single telemetry platform, so the handover between them stops being the place your schedule breaks.

Practical questions
01 Do I have to use all three services together?
No. Most clients start with one lane or one storage need. The services share the same dispatch desk and the same portal, so combining them later changes your account, not your integration.
02 How fast can a new lane start running?
A spot movement can be collected the same day if capacity is free on the corridor. A contracted lane takes about two weeks: we measure the congestion profile, confirm receiving hours and roster drivers against the window before committing to a transit time.
03 What happens when something goes wrong on the road?
Telemetry raises the deviation before the driver reports it. Your named dispatcher calls you within fifteen minutes with the cause, the revised arrival and the options — rather than leaving you to discover the delay at the delivery site.
04 Can you work with our existing WMS or TMS?
Yes. Position, temperature, stock quantities and proof of delivery are all available through the API, so the data lands in the system your team already uses instead of a second portal they have to remember.
/ Next step Tell us the lane. We will tell you the number.
Send an origin, a destination and a volume. You get a costed answer within two working hours, not a callback form.
