Head of Operations

Marie Dubois

Head of Operations at Translog. Twenty years spent turning dispatch boards into predictable systems.

Marie joined Translog in 2006 as a night dispatcher and now runs the whole operations desk from Rennes. She rebuilt the company’s routing model around telemetry data rather than habit, and is responsible for the 99.8% on-time record the fleet holds today.

She writes here about dispatch, capacity planning and why most delays are decided long before a truck leaves the yard.
